‘Sound Insulation and Noise Reduction for Buildings – Code of Practice’

A design standard for assessing the acoustic performance of buildings. The standard is widely used by British Acousticians. Significantly it sets criterion for noise levels for the dwellings which we use when carrying out environmental noise assessments. These are shown in the table below.
