If you are responsible for employees who may be exposed to high noise or vibration levels at their workplace you are likely to be aware of your responsibilities under the Control of Noise at Work Regulations 2005 and Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005.

Generally clients requiring our services will have been reminded of their obligations by their own insurers, or occasionally by the HSE or other authorities directly.

The Regulations require you to have an action plan to tackle excessive noise and vibration. For many of our clients, our “Noise At Work Assessment” or “Vibration At Work Assessment” service (incorporating Hand-Arm and / or Whole-Body Vibration) is the essential starting point in developing their action plan, or updating an existing one.
